Pisco promotion workshop in Singapore

On September 9, the Embassy of Peru in Singapore organized a pisco promotion workshop, in collaboration with the pisco exporting company Zijals (Pisco Delixir).

The event was attended by representatives of wine and spirits distributors, hotels, bartenders, sommeliers and officials of the Association of Bartenders & Sommeliers Singapore.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn from the Peruvian Chef Jaime Arbulú and Zijals representatives about the history of pisco, as well as the organoleptic properties of the Peruvian national drink. They could also learn how to prepare pisco sour, chilcano and other pisco-based cocktails.
