SAN IGNACIO DE LOYOLA UNIVERSITY AWARDS PERUVIAN CHEF DANIEL CHAVEZ AS THE "ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR"

 

 

     On 24 March, representatives of San Ignacio de Loyola University, led by its Founding President, Mr Raúl Diez Canseco, awarded Peruvian Chef based in Singapore, Daniel Chavez as the "Entrepreneur of the Year". The Embassy of Peru in Singapore took part in this act as a witness of honour. Chef Chavez is a renowned Peruvian entrepreneur in Singapore, owner of the restaurants "OLA Cocina de Mar" and "Tono Cevichería". The latter is the first Peruvian restaurant in Singapore. Mr Chavez has been recognized by several specialized gastronomy publications, besides having tied up with important representatives of Peruvian and international cuisine.
